Wayne Trattles, Managing Partner

Wayne Trattles has over 15 years of financial and general management experience.  He is the Managing Partner and Founder of Trattles & Co.   Wayne has substantial expertise in strategic planning, capital formation through venture capital and debt financing and corporate governance.
 
Wayne has helped entrepreneurs launch new businesses, developed growth strategies for established businesses, and worked through reorganizations and restructuring.

He has served as the CFO / COO for early stage companies in the software, telecom, and new media. Previous experience also includes COO of a ASX listed IPTV company; consulting and audit areas of public accounting; Senior Consultant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. 
 
Mr. Trattles earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting & Mandarin from Bond University, Australia and is a Chartered Accountant.
